NOK Group Corporation was established on October 1, 2026, as a new holding company through a joint share transfer between NOK Corporation and EAGLE Industry Co., Ltd.

Under the new holding company structure, NOK Corporation and EAGLE Industry serve as operating companies and two key pillars of the Group. Together, we have embarked on a new beginning as one Group. Five companies, each with its own distinctive technologies and products, form the core of the Group’s operations: NOK Corporation, EAGLE Industry Co., Ltd., MEKTEC Corporation, UNIMATEC Co., Ltd., and NOK Klüber Co., Ltd.
Together, these companies give the Group the ability to provide comprehensive sealing solutions across a wide range of materials, from organic materials such as rubber and resin—one of NOK’s key strengths—to inorganic materials such as metals, carbon, and ceramics, an area of expertise for EAGLE Industry. By combining these capabilities with MEKTEC’s flexible printed circuits (FPC) and the advanced technological expertise of each Group company, the Group can provide integrated solutions spanning the entire process from material development and design through to mass production.

Across 111 NOK Group companies in 20 countries and regions, approximately 43,000 employees will bring these combined capabilities to industries around the world. From automotive and other forms of mobility to electronic devices, marine and aerospace, energy, semiconductors, healthcare equipment, and industrial robots, the Group will continue to provide the technologies and products that support a broad range of industries.

With its 85th anniversary behind it, we have entered a next phase of growth. Guided by “Implementation” — “Execute thoroughly without hesitation and continue to pursue ambitious goals,” as set out in our FY2026-FY2028 Medium-Term Management Plan, we aim to achieve net sales of 1 trillion yen in FY2031, when we celebrate our 90th anniversary. To achieve this goal, we will accelerate the creation of new businesses and expand further into growth areas, including semiconductors and green energy.

Even as we drive transformation forward, our core philosophy of “Respect for People Based on Care and Trust” will remain unchanged. It will continue to guide us as we strive to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and remain a Group they trust and rely on.

Through “Essential Core Manufacturing — The manufacture of pivotal products that shape society,” the NOK Group will continue to provide greater safety and comfort, the cornerstones of a prosperous society.
